How do I place an order?
Simply choose your meals add them to your cart, and check out. You choose from our meal plans here.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across the Greater Toronto Area, including:
Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Etobicoke, North York, Pickering, Ajax, Thornhill, Woodbridge, Oakville.

How do I reheat the meals?
Meals are ready in minutes — simply heat in the microwave for 2–3 minutes
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for a longer shelf life.
Can I choose my meals each week?
Yes! Our menu rotates weekly, and you can select your preferred meals each time you order.
How do I freeze the meals?
If you won’t be eating a meal within 4 days, place it directly into the freezer in its original container. To reheat, thaw overnight in the fridge and microwave as usual. For best taste and texture, consume frozen meals within 2–3 weeks.
Delivery
When will I receive my meals?
Deliveries are made every Monday between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. You will receive a confirmation email with your delivery window.
Do the meals come fresh or frozen?
All meals are delivered fresh and ready to heat.
