He is also very receptive to feedback and wants to ensure his customers are taken care of. I'd recommend Balance Kitchen to anyone, especially those on low-glycemic or gluten-free diets. My favourites so far are the Tandoori Bowl and the Thai Curry Bowl. I order mine with tofu. Yum!
